岗位职责：
1、参与海外环卫机械产品开发、已有产品改进提升；
2、与环卫机械产品相关的技术研发；
3、对接海外分支机构，开展技术需求调研、技术方案沟通、本地化技术适配开发，满足海外市场法规、工况、标准要求；
4、配合海外售后、市场，提供技术支持，解决产品在海外安装、测试、试运行阶段的技术问题。
5、根据工作安排、需海外长期驻场开展研发工作。
任职要求：
1、2027届硕士及以上学历，机械、电气、液压类相关专业；
2、具备扎实专业理论基础，有项目竞赛、实习研发经验优先；
3、可流畅开展英文技术交流、会议沟通者优先；
4、了解海外产品认证、海外市场技术规范者优先。


Job Responsibilities

Take part in the development of overseas sanitation machinery products and the upgrading of existing products.
Conduct technical research and development related to sanitation machinery.
Liaise with overseas branches to carry out technical demand research, communicate technical solutions and develop localized adaptations, so as to meet overseas regulations, working conditions and standards.
Cooperate with overseas after-sales and marketing teams to provide technical support, and resolve technical problems during product installation, testing and trial operation overseas.
Be ready for long-term overseas R&D assignments according to work arrangements.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. Majors in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic Engineering or related fields.
Solid theoretical foundation. Candidates with project competition or R&D internship experience are preferred.
Ability to conduct fluent English technical discussions and meetings is a plus.
Familiarity with overseas product certification and overseas market technical specifications is preferred. 公司简要介绍：
