岗位职责：
1. 结构研发设计：协助工程师完成储能产品的结构方案设计、三维建模及二维出图，输出BOM清单、设计说明书、装配工艺等全套研发资料，确保设计合规、可量产、易装配。
2. 样品试制与测试整改：在导师的指导下，参与产品样机试制、组装调试，跟进试生产全过程，解决装配干涉、结构适配等现场问题，配合完成相关整改工作。
3. 标准化与产品迭代：协助工程师跟进储能行业IP防护、抗震、防火等结构及安规标准，搭建完善结构标准化设计库；收集量产及客户反馈问题，参与产品结构迭代优化与技术整改。
4. 跨部门协同：配合电气、热管理、工艺、测试等相关部门，完成方案对接、设计评审、技术交底工作，保障产品研发、试产到量产全流程顺利推进。
任职要求：
1、2027 届硕士及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、车辆工程、能源与动力工程、结构工程等相关专业。；
2、熟练掌握至少一款三维建模软件（SolidWorks/UG/Creo），会使用CAD绘制二维工程图，具备基本的工程制图、公差配合、机械结构设计基础知识；
3、了解基础力学、材料力学、钣金结构、型材应用、紧固件选型等机械设计常识，有储能、新能源、机柜设备、电池结构相关项目经验者优先；
4、掌握基础仿真分析能力者优先（ANSYS、ABAQUS等），熟悉IP防护、结构抗震、新能源产品安规标准者优先；
5、英语 CET-6 及以上水平，可熟练阅读英文技术文档、学术论文，具备良好的技术资料研读与理解能力；
6、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题分析能力，工作严谨负责，拥有良好的团队协作能力与学习能力，能快速适配岗位研发工作。


Job Responsibilities

Structural R&D & Design: Assist senior engineers in structural scheme design, 3D modeling and 2D drawing for energy storage products. Prepare complete R&D documents including BOM, design specifications and assembly procedures to ensure designs comply with standards, support mass production and facilitate assembly.
Prototype Trial & Optimization: Under mentor guidance, participate in prototype manufacturing, assembly and commissioning, follow the whole trial production process, resolve on-site issues such as assembly interference and structural matching, and carry out corresponding improvements.
Standardization & Product Iteration: Track structural and safety standards of the energy storage industry including IP rating, shock resistance and fire protection, and help build a standardized structural design library. Collect feedback from mass production and customers, and take part in structural iteration and technical improvements.
Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with electrical, thermal management, process and testing teams for scheme communication, design review and technical handover to ensure smooth progress from R&D and pilot run to mass production.

Job Requirements

Full-time Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. Majors: Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Structural Engineering and other related disciplines.
Skilled in at least one 3D modeling tool (SolidWorks / UG / Creo) and CAD for 2D engineering drawings. Possess basic knowledge of engineering drawing, tolerance matching and mechanical structural design.
Basic understanding of mechanics, material mechanics, sheet metal structures, profile application and fastener selection. Candidates with project experience in energy storage, new energy, cabinets or battery structures are preferred.
Basic simulation capability (ANSYS, ABAQUS, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with IP protection, seismic requirements and safety standards for new energy products is preferred.
CET-6 or above. Able to read English technical documents and academic papers proficiently with strong ability to study and understand technical materials.
Sound logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Rigorous, responsible, good at teamwork and quick to learn, able to adapt rapidly to R&D work. 公司简要介绍：
