（五）与健康、安全和质量人员合作，确保质量体系的有效运行。
（六）确保与生产技术人员有效沟通维护计划和故障情况，并告知织机故障的任何趋势。

Purpose of the job
This is a position with the purpose to set up, monitor and maintain all Dornier rapier looms, ensuring the consistency and quality of the fabrics produced to their optimum performance.
1. Essential job duties and tasks for which the job holder is directly responsible within key areas
(i) Set up and monitor all looms ensuring the consistency and quality of the fabrics produced to their optimum performance.
(ii) Maintain and repair looms as and when required to the approved maintenance standard.
(iii) Train and develop technical skills within the production environment ensuring all personnel achieve the best possible production targets.
(iv) Work with senior head technician to ensure that production plan targets are met.
(v) Work with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to ensure the effective performance of the quality system.
(vi) Ensure effective communication of maintenance schedules and breakdowns with production technician and advise of any trends in breakdown of looms.
2. Performance Standards.
2.1 Production of consistently high quality fabrics.
2.2 Optimum output of quality fabrics achieved through efficient set up and maintenance of looms
2.3 Ensure all areas of Company activity are in accordance with the goal of Total Quality
2.4 Maintain the appropriate standards and practices within the manufacturing environment.
3. General Responsibilities
3.1 To give support to other members of the team
3.2 To make sure all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
3.3 To give support to production in other areas when it is required.
3.4 Undertake any other activities that the Company may reasonably request
Education/Other Skills:
English and Mandarin Chinese Fluency. Is willing to work in shifts
Preferably a Mechanical Engineering Degree
