Digital Marketing & Social Media
? Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
? Support content creation for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn and WeChat).
? Research industry trends and competitor activities.
Website Management
? Assist in updating and maintaining website content.
? Coordinate with teams in Asia region to ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines.
? Coordinate content reviews and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
? Support SEO and digital optimization initiatives.
Website Management
? Support the design and development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies, customer stories, and event materials.
? Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Internal Communication&Employee Engagement
? Develop content for employee communications and intranet platforms.
? Support communication campaigns for company initiatives, leadership updates, and employee engagement activities.
? Assist in drafting stories, announcements, and event promotions that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
Requirements(Enhanced)
? Undergraduate studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Strong interest in both external marketing and internal communications.
? Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
? Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is preferred.
? Strong PowerPoint design skills.
? Basic understanding of website management and content publishing.
? Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
? Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Video editing and photography skills would be an advantage.
